I believe that we can only encourage people to eat healthier foods if we talk about the benefits more often.
I think people get as much pleasure from food as they should, because nowadays everyone can choose what they really want.
I reckon cooking can be both a pleasure and a chore.
I believe that people in our country are aware of healthy and unhealthy food, as nowadays "healthy lifestyle" is gaining popularity
I believe that the main consequence of changing the diet of people can be an improvement in the functioning of the whole body.
I think that all production in our country is aimed at improving the quality of food products.
I believe that it is important to preserve the traditional food culture of our country, as it is a part of our history that unites us with our ancestors.
I know that many people start learning about healthy eating during school. Teenagers try to learn everything on their own, since these topics will not be touched upon at school. But due to lack of knowledge, they cause more harm to their health. I think this is a big minus of our education.
I think that limiting the sale of junk food will not change people's diets in any way.
I believe that having a fast food restaurant can help you grab a quick bite when there is not enough time to prepare healthy food, but the downside can be that people can eat there all the time.
Packaged foods can also save cooking time. Another plus is their increased shelf life compared to prepared food.
I think that the traditional cuisine of our country cannot disappear, since we are accustomed to it from childhood.
People began to study the cuisines of other countries. Over the past 50 years, many restaurants with different cuisines of the world have appeared in our country.
I reckon that people will change their diet in a positive way, and I also hope that they will understand that healthy food is not only healthy, but also delicious.
I think that food in supermarkets is getting better as the fashion for healthy eating is becoming more and more popular all over the world. And thanks to this, many stores are trying to improve their products so as not to lose customers.
I reckon that people's attitudes towards chemicals in food are changing as people pay more attention to the composition of foods.
I think that modern "healthy food" is food filled with useful substances such as vitamins, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. We need them to ensure the normal development and life of a person.
I reckon that the peculiarity of Russian cuisine is the presence of soups.
The current eating habits in our country differ from those in the past in that healthy eating has become popular.
I think that different cultures have different table manners as we have different traditions
Thanks to advances in technology, our eating habits have changed. We can keep both ready-made and frozen food for a longer time, we can reheat it at any time convenient for us, we can even buy ready-made food in advance, without wasting our time on preparing it.
