Хотя можно представить себе бесконечное количество аминокислот, этот термин чаще всего применяется к определенной группе из 20 аминокислот, которые используются живыми организмами в качестве основных строительных блоков. Ниже проиллюстрирована общая структура этих аминокислот.
Амино- и карбоксильные группы 20 основных аминокислот ковалентно связаны с центральным атомом углерода. Этот атом углерода также связан с атомом водорода и группой R. Именно эта группа R, называемая боковой цепью, изменяется от одной аминокислоты к другой. Природа боковых цепей объясняет разнообразие физических и химических свойств различных аминокислот. Некоторые боковые цепи состоят из неполярных алифатических или ароматических углеводородов. Другие боковые цепи полярные, а некоторые являются кислотными или основными.

Пептиды
Пептид - это комбинация аминокислот, в которой аминогруппа одной аминокислоты претерпела реакцию конденсации с карбоксильной группой другой аминокислоты. В результате образуется амидная группа.
Пептидная связь - это амидная связь, которая возникает между азотом аминогруппы одной аминокислоты и углеродом карбоксила другой аминокислоты. Полученная молекула называется дипептидом. Обратите внимание, образование пептидной связи полностью не зависит от идентичности групп R, которые не участвуют в реакции конденсации, поэтому любые две аминокислоты могут быть соединены таким образом.

In our time it is very difficult to find such a person who gave sincere and good advice. Due to the fact that people envy each other, they try to make you worse. If you have a friend or other close person who gives you good advice, then you should take care of this person, because it’s a luxury. When I saw a video on YouTube, in which it was advised to express gratitude for what you have. This is really good advice, so you start to appreciate even the smallest details.
