Alcohol is a dangerous enemy of man in modern times. The problem of alcoholism is very relevant today. Statistics show that alcohol is consumed by an increasing number of people. Small amounts of alcoholic drinks cause feelings of lightness. Some people are so saved from problems, drink and forget about their existence for a while. And for some shy people, alcohol gives a feeling of liberation, after drinking it is easier for them to express their thoughts. Some are saved from fatigue by them. However, alcoholic beverages have a bad effect on a person and on his nervous system. Alcohol negatively affects the body, skin and organs. And the constant abuse of these harmful drinks can lead to disastrous consequences, up to and including death. In general, people who use alcohol can have serious health, mental, and legal problems, and besides, they can give a lot of problems to their relatives and friends.

Doctors never tire of reminding about the dangers of alcohol for the body, however, the number of citizens who abuse alcohol in our country is very large. Regular consumption of spirits significantly shortens life expectancy. Even taking small doses can negatively affect the general condition of a person. In the short term, the person suffers from the central nervous system. Against the background of intoxication, mental and physical performance decreases. Over time, irreversible liver damage, coronary heart disease, decreased immunity, and even cancer develop. Negative changes on the part of the nervous system are steadily progressing, which leads to a deterioration in mental functions, a decrease in cognitive abilities and memory, as well as a weakening of reflexes.

It is obviously that alcohol is bad. It causes many diseases that can be lethal. I usually don't drink alcohol but I can't imagine a family party without alcohol. Also every friday my friends are always trying to invite me to bar. So I can say that It is all about a reason why you were asked to go to bar. If It is someone's birthday or any different holiday i don't see any problems to drink. But I don't think that drinking every weekends is a good idea. If we are speaking about headache or hangovers it depends on amount of alcohol you drank and if you can't control this amount you should stop drinking.

Alcohol is heavy drug, because people don’t realize dangerous of using this. Most don’t know how alcohol works inside the body.
In my teenage years, I studied this topic. It’s know, that in small doses alcohol has the effect of a stimulant, which helps to relieve tension in the muscles and relax. But the problem is that vary few people can stay at the level of small doses of stimulation . If the dose of alcohol increases then it’s effect become exactly the opposite. Alcohol in large doses has the effect of a depressant, which depresses the psyche, weakens the will of person, and also causes a loss of interest in a person’s life.
Scientific studies and statistics show that people who consume alcohol in small or moderate doses have a lower premature mortality rate than completely non drinkers and heavy drinkers. But don’t forget that drinking destroys the brain, liver, digestive track and stomach. It leads to cirrhosis of the liver, pancreatic cancer, obesity and hypertension.
